NEET UG 2018 Application Form
We advise the interested aspirants to read the article before applying for the entrance exam. As it will prove to be very useful for the candidates. So the candidates should read all the details related to the exam & application form. The board will accept only those application which completes the eligibility standard for the application. The application forms for the exam will be available only from the official website of the website. Also, check courses after 12th class. So the candidates should apply from the website of the board within the prescribed time limit by the authority. The authority will not accept any Post or Prefilled application forms.
New Changes Introduced
- The attempt limit has been removed by the authority. The only limit will matter.
- Students from open school are not eligible.
- Indian students from foreign countries have to pass NEET Exam to get admission in MBBS/ BDS.
- 15% seats are reserved jointly for the candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- The examination will be done in bilingual. The English language will be compulsory.
NEET UG 2018 Application Fee
- The NEET application fee is Rupees 1400/- for UR and OBC applicants and Rupees 750/- for Scheduled Caste/ ST and PH applicants.

NEET UG 2018 Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Candidates must be a citizen of India or an Overseas Citizen of India.
- J&K/AP/Telangana: All India 15% quota is available for such candidates only on the basis of self-declaration in AFMC Pune.
- Aadhaar Card Requirement: Candidates having citizenship must have a valid Aadhar card to apply for the exam.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be between 17 to 25 years. Check your age with the age calculator.
- Examination: Candidates must have passed the 12th class or any equivalent exam.
- Subjects: Subjects Should be PCB or Biotechnology with English as a compulsory subject.
- 10+2 appearing students can also apply for the exam.
NEET UG 2018 Exam Pattern
CBSE will arrange the exam in the following exam pattern:
- No. of Question: the authority will ask a total of 180 question in the exam.
- Exam Mode: The authority will commence the exam by following the PPBT exam mode.
- Type of Question: The authority will follow the multiple choice questions in the question paper.
- Exam Duration: The authority will provide the candidates with the 180 minutes to complete the exam.
- Marking Scheme: Every question in the paper will be of 4 marks.
- Negative Marking: The authority will deduct 1 mark for every incorrect answer

NEET UG 2018 Syllabus
The syllabus for the entrance exam will be same as the last year. The candidates have to follow the syllabus which is prescribed by the Medical Council of India (Medical Council of India). The exam will be from the sections such as Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Candidates must follow the class 11th & 12th level syllabus of these subjects to prepare for the exam. NEET UG 2018 Admit Card
The Central Board of Secondary Education will provide the admit cards for the NEET exam. These will be available from the official website of the board. The candidates have to use the Application form to download the admit card for the exam. We also advise the candidates to carry aadhar card along with the admit card to the exam venue of the NEET UG 2018. The admit card will show all the necessary details for the exam. So we advise the candidates to secure the admit card as soon as it is available to them.
NEET UG 2018 Result
The CBSE authority will release the NEET UG 2018 Result on the website. Candidates can check the results by using the details of the admit card. Candidates should also secure the printout of the result to use it in the counselling & the admissions related procedure. The authority will also release a merit list along with the result.
NEET UG 2018 Merit List
The authority will produce the merit list for the exam. This list will have the candidates who will get top ranks at all India level or on the state level. Various institutes will use these lists as the basis for the admissions to the courses provided through this exam. We also advise the candidates to download the merit list from the official website of the board.
NEET UG 2018 Answer Key
The CBSE board will also produce the answer key for the exam. The board will release these keys on the website of the board. Candidates can also get the chance to challenge the answer key. The candidate has to pay a certain amount of fees to perform this action.
NEET UG 2018 Cut Off List
The cut-off criteria are the minimal requirement of the exam to pass the exam. The cutoff criteria are controlled by several factors such as the difficulty level of the question paper etc. The authority will provide the cutoff list on the official website. So the candidates have to download it from the official website.
NEET UG 2018 Counselling
First Round: The first round will be started from 12th June to 24th June 2018 for all India Quota and deemed+CI. The state counselling will be started from 25th June 2018 to 5th July 2018.
Last Date of Joining: For all India Quota & Deemed+CI and states, the joining date will be 3rd July and 12th July respectively.
2nd Round: The second round will be started from 6th July to 12th July 2018 for all India Quota and deemed+CI. The state counselling will be started from 15th July 2018 to 26th July 2018.
Last Date of Joining: For all India Quota & Deemed+CI and states, the joining date will be 22nd July and 3rd August respectively.
Mop-up Round: The Mop-up round will be started from 12 August to 22 August 2018 for deemed+CI. The state Mop-up round will be started from 4th August to 8th August 2018.
Last Date of Joining: For Deemed+CI and states, the joining date will be 26 August to 12th August respectively.
Forwarding of merit listed students, for Deemed+CI is 31st August 2018 and for the state, counselling is 18th August.

The applicants will be called for the counselling process by the authority according to the rank secured by them in the exam. The Counselling for 15% All India Quota is organized by the MCC of DGHS in online mode. The authority may collect counselling fees from the applicants. The candidates also have to opt for the choices of the colleges or institutes. The authority will allocate the seats to the applicants on the basis of the scores of candidates in exam & the performance in the counselling session.
