JAKBOPEE MD/ MS/ PG Diploma 2019: The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JAKBOPEE) conducts the counselling for admission to MD/ MS/ PG Diploma. The board will invite the registration for admission to the medical courses in the second week of March 2019. Only those candidates will be eligible to apply for the admission who have qualified the NEET-PG (National Eligibility Entrance Exam PG). NEET PG is conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE). JAKBOPEE MD/ MS/ PG Diploma 2019
The board will organize the counselling process for admission to the MS (Master of Surgery), MD (Doctor of Medicine and Postgraduate Diploma. The admission will be given on the 375 seats of MS and MD courses and 55 seats for Postgraduate Diploma. The admission will be based on the qualification in the merit list prepared by the board. JAKBOPEE MD/ MS/ PG Diploma 2019 Application Form
The application process will be done in online mode. The application form will be released in the second week of March 2019. Candidates have to entre NEET Testing ID, NEET Score and NEET rank in the application form. Candidates have to fill the choices of the colleges while filling the application form. For the ease of candidates, the board will conduct a mock exercise of filling online preference forms for choices filling. The mock exercise will give an idea to the candidates of the application form filling, The choice filling for the colleges will begin in the second week of March 2019. JAKBOPEE MD/ MS/ PG Diploma 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit.
- Residential Criteria: Only Jammu & Kashmir residentials can apply for admissions.
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed MBBS degree for University of Kasmir/ University of Jammu and MCI (Medical Council of India) and from a medical college registered with State Medical Council for Jammu & Kashmir.
- Internship: Candidates must have completed the compulsory residential internship from an Institute recognized by University of Jammu/ University of Kashmir. Also, check MP PAHUNT .

JAKBOPEE MD/ MS/ PG Diploma 2019 Merit List
The board will release the merit list for admission to PG courses in the first week of April 2019. The selection of a candidate for college and course will be based on the merit list and choices filled by him/ her in the application form. Candidates will be intimated about the college/ course he/ she has selected for via e-mail. JAKBOPEE MD/ MS/ PG Diploma 2019 Counselling
The counselling process will start in the second week of April 2019. Candidates who have qualified for the merit list will be called for the counselling session. The whole counselling process will be conducted in online mode. The allotment of seats will be based on the merit. Candidates after the allotment of the seat have to join it within the time period given else their candidature will be cancelled and the seat will be open for the next round of counselling. Candidates who want an upgradation in the seat will also have to join the allotted seat first. Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat have to get the Status Retention Form to confirm their seat.
